JOB DESCRIPTION
* Professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person and on the telephone.
* Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required. High school diploma or equivalent.
* Thorough understanding of the local area.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities.
* Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
* Ability to use of cash register required at some locations.
* Must be able to work all days and shifts as assigned, including weekends and holidays.
* Generates leads and books qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Bluegreen Vacation Club Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers. Provides customer/concierge services to all guests projecting a professional company image. Assists in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs, according to the standards of professionalism adhered to by the Bluegreen Corporation.
