Marketing Research Manager - Minnetonka, MN 
 
Position Description:
As a Marketing Research Consultant, you will work with internal business partners and focus on managing primary marketing research projects. We offer amazing benefits and plenty of room for growth.

 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Managing qualitative and quantitative primary marketing research projects

  • Meeting with internal business leaders to determine objectives, design and manage projects, analyze results and present strategic implications

  • Building strong partnerships with internal business clients in all functional areas of the company

  • Managing and growing relationships with vendors

  • Making presentations of findings at meetings and one-on-one discussions

  • Drafting executive summaries for upper management, including analysis and recommendations

  • Acting as a team player and contributing to the success of a strong consumer insights/marketing research team.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of  experience managing consumer-based quantitative and qualitative primary marketing research is required

  • 5 + years of demonstrated ability analyzing marketing research results and making actionable recommendations to business teams is required

  • 5 + years experience building strong relationships with internal and external business partners (vendors) is required

  • Strong team building skills

  • Demonstrated success on both the supplier side and corporate side of marketing research.

  • A bachelor's degree is required

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications is required

  • Solid professional, organizational and presentation skills is required

Assets:
  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing issues

  • Healthcare industry exposure

  • Proficiency with SPSS

  • Secondary Research experience
