MARKETING AND SALES ASSOCIATE

A leading global investment manager is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to join their Boston-based institutional sales team.

In this position, the Associate will support sales and client service initiatives in North America by:

·         providing both oral and written communication to clients and consultants

·         updating and maintaining consultant databases

·         coordinating the completion of RFP’s with the collaboration of the RFP team

·         creating and managing a data library

·         interacting and communicating effectively with intra-departments to facilitate the completion

      of:

o        customized presentations

o        clear and relevant product marketing materials and other data for sales distribution

The ideal candidate will:

·         have a Bachelor’s Degree

·         a minimum of 2-3 years related experience with RFP’s and consultant databases

·         a solid understanding of institutional investment markets, equity and fixed income

      investment products

·         excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         strong analytical and project management aptitude

·         be detail-orientated with an ability to produce within a time constraint

·         proficient knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
