POSITION DESCRIPTION


Marketing and Sales Director wanted for Vericle - a fast paced, innovative Internet billing technology company with extraordinary client-centered culture and focus on client relationships.  Vericle offers integrated cloud-based practice management software, billing and revenue cycle management service, and client coaching for maximum profitability, compliance, practice growth, and office efficiency.  This position, reporting directly to the company's CEO, also offers an opportunity for substantial career growth and financial reward through commissions incentive programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Accelerate company growth and improve client selection process

  2. Develop multiple-source client referral relationships
  3. Develop client case performance presentations and manage client contests

  4. Manage sales pipeline and actively find new leads
  5. Implement sales quality assurance process
  6. Manage public relations
  7. Manage Internet presence, including website, blog, Facebook and Linkedin groups
  8. Manage and participate in Seminars, Webinars, and Trade Shows
  9. Create and execute weekly article and video production for the company blog and for YouTube
  10. Build and manage mailing list campaigns


QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Desire to acquire hands-on marketing and sales at a professional B2B services organization
  2. Desire to acquire hands-on experience with new media and Internet advertising
  3. Desire to acquire hands-on experience with medical practice management
  4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  5. A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth environment
  6. College education or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Chiropractic, Theology, Psychology, Theater, Drama, Communications, or English Literature
