Requirements

Qualifications:  Mortgage Sales / Loan Officer
-The ability to talk to consumers, through outbound calling, while gathering and analyzing information in a timely manner.
-Strong negotiation and sales skills to sell multiple products.

-Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive, team oriented environment                             

-Product knowledge to best advise borrowers of multiple loan products and programs.
-Basic knowledge of financial markets and industry conditions/competition, strong telephone and customer service skills to ensure potential clients choose Foundation Financial Group.
-Ability to deal with challenging situations and challenging customers.
-Organizational and time management skills.
-Willingness to follow direction from management.
-Basic computer competency, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain the confidentiality and trade secrets of Foundation Financial Group’s policies, procedures, and best practices.

Education and Experience:  Mortgage Sales / Loan Officer
-Minimum of +2 years sales experience preferred but not required

-College degree preferred but not required
