Marketing Services Manager/Account Executive
Develop Brand Marketing plans in conjunction with Brand Manager and Brand Corporate Team. Drive implementation of plans from budget to execution to ROI measurement.  
 
Plan, Develop, Organize,  Execute & Evaluate Brand Projects including, collateral development, sales rep training materials, displays, advertising, promotions, tradeshows, sales meetings, internal communication, and internet communication.
Responsibilities (what & how), and Expected End Results (why) % of Time
Execute and organize projects on behalf of Brand Manager/ Brand Exec  
Organize and execute brand  initiatives and programs  
Execute according to Brand Manager's wishes, changes to marchon.com, brand image and events at trade shows, expositions and sales meetings.  Including cross brand promotions and awards  
Develops cost effective Sell-in / Sell-thru programs to generate incremental sales.                      
Identify best vendors, create, manage and report on budget.  
Develop Powerpoints and presentaions for the Sales team, Customers, Internal presentations etc.  
Works with Brand Manager on spec's, estimates, bidding, artwork execution, proofs, issuing pf purchase req's, proofing and press approvals.  
Develop and coordinate production and deliveries of  in-store POP materials to optimize the sales and image of the Brand                        
Monitor Inventory levels of all POP and brand related items to maintain proper inventory and service levels.                      
Identifies and/or in collaboration with creative services, art directors, specs, vendors for competitive bidding, etc.  
Responsible for proof approval  
Write content and  scripts for use in articles and other text requirements                      
Communicates to vendors any special specifcations including packaging instructions  
Communicates to team thru team communicator, brand communication web site, email and phone calls regarding items, availability, execution, etc  
Communicates and organizes marketing related info. across brands required for trade shows, events, sales meetings, etc.  
Support requests from the PR department                      
Ensures proper shipment of all materials to DC's, Sales team and Customers  
Meaures and monitors the execution and effectiveness against budget and exepcted result
