Primary Job Duties:

1. Develop promotional plans and campaigns for new and existing products. Identify key benefits and compelling messages for all products. Create promotion plans that position product messages effectively and support strategic objectives. Identify innovative ways to promote products. Analyze sales results and field feedback to strengthen and evaluate promotion strategies.

2. With teammates, develop creative promotion using effective marketing/sales tools to communicate messages. Drive both achievement and effectiveness of results using problem-solving to resolve barriers, networking to build consensus/support, field input/feedback, and measurements to improve outcomes.

3. Review product development info and coordinate marketability. Review product specs and policy forms to extract marketable info. Identify marketability of product by evaluating competitor info relevant to product positioning.

3. Ability to attract new agents to Kestler Financial Group by offering them a strong product portfolio through appointments with our core carriers
4. Ability to motivate and educate agents in order to increase their production
5. Strong ability to prioritize, manage and maintain on-going communication with existing agents 6. While simultaneously developing new agent relationships
and promotion: what is important to the field, what tools they value, and how they market products.
7. Strong creative writing and editing for sales literature.
8. Analytical ability to synthesize complex product details and translate them into marketable products
9. Flexibility to deal with constant change and to multitask on many different projects and deadlines.
10. Ability to collaborate and coordinate across teams.
