** This will initially be an unpaid part-time internship for students currently enrolled and earning college credits.   There is potential to hire full time with Quilogy after the initial internship is finished. **


Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Client development activities including, but not limited to, client prospecting, client support, sales lead qualification, sales lead processing and client list maintenance.

2. Generate high quality sales leads for account executives

3. Develop new clients within target accounts by researching customer lists and Internet.

4. Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of local marketing events and campaigns.

5. Work with corporate marketing team to execute marketing campaigns in local markets

6. Generate event attendance through direct mail invitations, cold calls or other tactics.

7. Participate in scheduled teleconferences and meetings.

8. Collaborate with local Microsoft Marketing team on campaigns, events and product launches.

9. Perform other business development administrative duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Communications, Business, or Technology.

2. Self-starting individual with interest or past experience in sales and marketing or professional services.

3. Previous sales experience a plus.

4. Aggressive, persistent and optimistic.

5. Ability and willingness to make cold calls.

6. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Strong business analytic skills and advanced Internet research skills.

8. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

9. Demonstrated understanding and practical application of Microsoft Office software programs.

10. Thorough understanding of different marketing communications vehicles.

11. Superior time management and follow through skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work schedules to meet project due dates.

12. Strong creative and problem solving skills.

13. Ability to thrive in a fast pace team-based environment.
