Our web team enhances the effectiveness of all departments and divisions by responding to and distributing of all web inquiries and phone calls.  Leads sources include SkipperBuds.com, fifteen partner sites, manufacturer websites and calls into the call center.  Timely responses and follow through are critical; excellent customer service skills are essential.  This position will be a part of the marketing team and assist with various projects and promotional events.
 
The qualified candidate will have the following Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of sales,
• Good written and verbal communication skills,
• Ability to work independently and pro-actively with customers by phone and via email,
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, including Photoshop,
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred,
• Flexible schedule to allow for weekend hours
