Master Planning/Sched Asc Mgr
Description:
Responsible for managing a portion of the master planning/risk management organization for the SS/SBMD LOB (DDG-1000 and Production Programs). Provide daily direction to planners on staff. Ensure that plans and schedules accurately and comprehensively define the actual engineering work content, relationships, and durations. Possess extensive knowledge of program life cycles, and works with technical community, operational community, and program management to translate customer requirements into an Integrated Master Schedule. Support LOB PMOs on current programs and proposals. Responsibilities include working cooperatively with the Master Planning/Scheduling Manager to grow and develop this organization, and ensuring the organization provides value added support to all internal customers. Works with program team to ensures that GRID staffing tool is maintained with current staffing load requirements and assignments.
Qualifications:
Master Planning experience. Strong leadership skills. MS Project, Excel, strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Experienced in the development of Integrated Master Schedules.
