announce a new program: Housing Plus:
Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment and Case Management for chronically
homeless adults. This program is funded
by a five-year $2 million grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA),
Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS).
Clinicians: Master’s level mental health and/or substance
abuse clinicians to provide community-based, integrated mental health/
substance abuse treatment and case management with chronically homeless adults.
A clinical license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, CADC etc.) is a plus. Full-time positions. # 255
Psychiatric Nurse/Clinical Case Manger: Provide
assessments, medication coordination, psychiatric consultation, and robust
linkage to ServiceNet’s Medication Clinic, primary care, and pharmacies. Work with patients on wellness and linkage
with primary care medical providers. BSN degree in nursing or RN with a
relevant bachelor’s degree required.
Part-time position. # 256
All positions are SAMHSA-grant
funded for at least five years and require work in community-based settings in
Franklin and Hampshire counties. Evening/weekend
availability and valid driver’s license required. Competitive salary, benefit package, extensive
