Maintain an adhere/working knowledge of all departmental, customer, and QS9000 policies/procedures. When errors do occur participate in the 8-D corrective action process

Coordinate production schedules in regard to shipments and inbound productive material by serving as liason throughout the facility w/ other dept in support of the material planning group.

Ctrl the shipment process flow of EDI advance shipping

Communicate professionally w/ customer/supplier contacts on demand basis when incoming calls are transferred

interact effectively w/ structured WCS/SCS/CMI work sessions for continuous improvement

Control the shipment process flow of ESI advance shipping notification transmissions to conform to customer timing requirements and the other measurable necessary in order to maintain the highest customer rating achievable.

Participate in continuous Improvement activities

Manage support functions and set priorities for related activities to support production

Must have associate degree, trade or tech school and 3-5 years of general exp and 2-3 yrs of exp specific to this position.
