Our Rockville, Maryland site is looking for a Material Coordinator who will be responsible for MRP system daily use, including inventory and manufacturing data entry and analysis, component planning and logistics, as well as cold chain management.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Assist in implementation of corporate MRP/ERP system.  To include input of inventory data, schedules, Bill of Material and process information.

·         Input day-to-day inventory transactions into MRP and new information development. 

·         Improve and manage systems to coordinate purchasing, accounting and manufacturing requirements including back order and blanket order tracking and budget maintenance.

·         Support cycle count program through counts, entry and trending of data.

·         Write Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to the ERP system. 

·         Resolve work order, inventory transaction problems and ERP system functionality.

·         Trend and analyze manufacturing production data for process improvement

·         Perform other duties as assigned.

The right individual needs at least 1-3 years of MRP systems use and GMP experience; startup experience is beneficial. Great interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are a plus. Basic MS Office Skills such as Access, Excel and Word are required.
