Mechanical Contracting and Building Automation Estimators   

My clients are top notch companies in the Building Automation and Mechanical Contracting industry.   They are seeking in particular Junior to intermediate Estimators with abilities to aid the Estimating and Proposal process.   Mechanical Engineer degree a plus but not a deal breaker.

 Additional needs:

 -Service Manager to oversee BAS/HVAC/R techs and have overall department P & L responsibility.   75 to 85k

-Project Engineers to get involved in design of HVAC and BAS systems      45 to 70k

-Piping and HVAC designers with Autocad                                   45 to 65k

-Controls techs w/ valid drivers license.                                        38 to 55k
