2. Educational requirements: B. S. Mechanical Engineering (Big 12 or Big 10 schools a plus)
3. Key industry experience requirements: 10 years of experience (after graduation from college) Person who has worked in a company with Integrated Supply Chain structure Two of the four items are needed:
1. Person has served as lead engineer on production process improvement team
2. Proven dynamic, management leadership experience demonstrated by leadership role in Production
3. Proven experience and success as an engineer implementing projects in manufacturing on cost, time and providing the product required by manufacturing.
4. Proven experience at solving quality and productivity issues in manufacturing based on engineering knowledge.
5. Technical/functional requirements: BS in Mechanical engineering Proficient in use of Pre-Control quality process Understand MRP or Kanban technology-
Person with mechanical production and/or assembly process industry credibility
Fundamental understanding of advanced, efficient mechanical production and assembly process technology & systems, including personal capability with Autocad, excel, Word, Microsoft Project Management.
