What you will be doing:

Drive cost improvements in manufacturing through focus on manufacturing tolerances, product analysis, design and project work

What We’d Like to See in Your Background:

1. Experience in cost savings projects from a mechanical engineering standpoint

2. Experience with GD&T - Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing work

3. Design - 3D modeling, Catia, Solidworks, Pro/E

4. BS Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology

5. Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on environment (if you are a desk jockey, this is not the job for you…)

Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer. No visa support.

Location: Johnson City TN, where cost of living is about 85% of national norm

Compensation: $65-85K Base Pay, Full Benefits, 401K match, Bonus. If this is not enough, apply anyway - top companies stretch for top talent.  You pay for your own relocation.
