About the Job
Established in 1968, stable Central Oregon manufacturer seeks Mechanical Engineer/Project Engineer. Looking for applicant with heavy industrial fabrication experience who possesses strong mechanical aptitude. Experience with custom manufacturing a plus.
Job duties include layout, design, and engineering of various machinery products, assessment and monitoring of projects, and assisting production with technical issues.
Applicant must be familiar with:
AutoCAD
Inventor
SolidWorks,
Microsoft Office, etc.
Must be extremely detail oriented with strong communication skills. This position works closely with sales, purchasing and fabrication.
Applicant must be able to analyze, interpret and review blueprints and other technical drawings.
BS in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent will be considered.
Salary based on experience.
