The best candidate is a degreed mechanical engineer with 5-8 years of cased hole electric line experience who is able to relate well with the field and translate ideas into workable and practical solutions. The candidate must be able to multi-task and handle everything from field troubleshooting calls to designing new parts in Solid Works to managing the manufacturing department with inventory worth over $1 million. This position demands a self-starter who is able to work efficiently with minimal direction. The candidate will become an expert on everything relating to down hole video and camera systems with the opportunity to work directly with the chief inventor of the systems. The environment is small, fast-paced, semi-autonomous, and requires an individual with integrity and drive. There is no room for a "that's not my job" mentality. Occasional field work and/or international travel is not out of the question.
