A large and well-established Mechanical Contracting organization is looking for a Mechanical/Plumbing Superintendent who has experience with large commercial plumbing and HVAC construction projects.

The Mechanical/Plumbing Superintendent will be responsible for:

·         Labor staffing and Productivity

·         Compliance with project schedule

·         Material organization and cost control

·         Coordination of major equipment delivery

·         On-site subcontractor coordination

·         Interface with purchasing, drafting, and fabrication departments
