Mechanical Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible to plan, direct, coordinate and budget, usually through estimator and foremen, activities concerned with the construction projects, bring the project in on time and within budget.Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling and implementation to ensure that all employees on site are following established safety rules and acting in the best interest of Fraser Engineering. 5-7 years minimum construction experience with various mechanical construction projects in both the private and public sectors. Systems including:
Projects range from 100K to 7M in local government buildings, higher education, institutional and life sciences.
Must have strong communication skills, ability to manage teams and success in client relationships.
A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), or Vocational School Training with four to ten years related experience.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Various Construction Software (Starbuilder, Starproject,) Imaging software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Certificates & Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License
10 Hour OSHA Certification
