Summary: MedSurg Director reporting to the CNO. Responsible for directing and coordinating the MedSurg/Peds Departments. 41 bed MedSurg Unit, 8 bed Peds Unit. FTE’s 62. Accountable and responsible for providing competent, compassionate, quality patient care.

 

Requirements: 2 years of management experience, BSN, MSN preferred. Must have strong leadership abilities and promote positive relationships.  

 

Benefits: Excellent relocation and benefits package. Compensation range $73,000 – $91,000. $10,000 for relocation. Work for a financially solvent hospital, part of a reputable system, and a fresh, new leadership team.
