This highly qualified individual must be proficient to expert in various electronic media. The right candidate will have an outstanding attention to detail, assist with a variety of projects and help grow the department's media education platforms. Particular attention will be given to the right candidate's background in education media.
Hiring Target
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field plus two (2) years professional experience as a videographer, producer, and editor.
- Working knowledge of full range of production techniques and equipment used in video production, including graphics and editing, in both studio, field, and web-based environments.
- Working knowledge of instructional design and technical writing methods
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply techniques used throughout the production cycle: pre production, production, and post-production.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate all facets of production, including schedules, storyboarding, scripting, and directing.
- Ability to work well under the stress of live and taped production deadlines and edit sessions.
- Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and perform work in various situations where numerous and diverse demands are involved.
- Actively participate in pre-production development and planning and post-production analysis and critique sessions with stakeholders, providing the technical expertise needed to maximize production effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative and cordial working relations with a wide range employees types, including CXO level employees.

Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Film or Media plus (5) years working in a corporate media or creative services capacity.
