W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc is looking for an individual with a strong commitment to delivering superior customer service within an internal service group (marketing services).
The successful applicant will work in a fast-paced, changing environment, have the ability to manage many tasks simultaneously and resolve problems promptly. The environment requires the individual to function independently as well as interdependently within the team. The successful candidate will be a key communication link between the business unit account representative, account coordinator, and other marketing services team members and external and internal resources to ensure effective internal customer relations and the timely completion of projects.
- Communication with internal customers
- Project coordination of a multitude of projects within a work team environment
- Partnering with business unit account representatives to facilitate communication of project status
- The Associate will expedite the production phase of promotional and collateral material marketing projects utilizing internal and external vendor resources.
- Minimum of 10 years similar experience required
- BA or BS degree required
- Proficient with Windows-based PC and solid working knowledge of standard business software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Project management skills and attention to detail are required
- Will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent proofreading, and a commitment to quality
- Demonstrated good judgment under pressure
- Ability / experience to work within a self-managed team
- Basic knowledge of graphic files and printing required
