In this unique opportunity you will own the new product pipeline in a relatively new and highly entrepreneurial Medical Applications business unit within a global manufacturing leader. You'll help us discover new markets, technologies and applications as we grow this business and your impact will be significant: our ongoing success will depend on developing and commercializing the next generation of products in this competitive marketplace.

Sealed Air is a leading global manufacturer of materials and systems for protective, presentation and fresh food packaging, and performance solutions in the industrial, food and consumer markets. Our major brands include Bubble Wrap, Cryovac, Instapak, and Jiffy Mailer. Sealed Air's Medical Applications business delivers turnkey medical packaging solutions that provide superior protection and reliability.
To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have significant experience developing products for the medical and/or pharmaceutical markets and demonstrated success with innovation management related to technologies; experience with film technologies is strongly preferred. We're looking for a professional with solid interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and influence, negotiate and motivate in a matrix organization. You also will need a proven ability to assess and leverage external technologies.
