Exciting opportunity available in the Metro Detroit Area for an experienced Home Health Community Liaison. Specifically, we are seeking those with 2+ years of home health care marketing experience, and an established network of contacts (providers, physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, long term care facilities, etc).The Community Liaison will be responsible for obtaining referrals for home health care and educating professional contacts in regards to home health care services and requirements. Must have a professional presentation, outgoing personality and a thorough understanding of the home health care field. Our client offers a competitive compensation package.
