Medical Billing Applications Support Analyst

Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. (OSUP) is a multi-specialty physician group comprised of over 700 physicians affiliated with the Ohio State University Medical Center.  Due to career growth opportunities among our staff, OSU Internal Medicine has an opening for an Applications Support Analyst.  

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Cycle, the Applications Support Analyst coordinates and leads the implementation and daily operations of an assigned clinical operations application.  Responsibilities include working closely with managers and administrators in ensuring quality assurance for clinical operations application, providing key technical training to all users including physicians, and problem solving.  

An Associate’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.  Must have 2 years experience with physician practice software and hardware that included specific experience supporting clinical operations applications. Must be an excellent communicator, self-initiator, detail oriented and results oriented person.  IDX experience is highly desirable.

This full time, salaried position offers day time, M-F hours (8:00 – 5:00) and an excellent benefits package including, accrual of paid time off and availability of Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance.  403b options available as well as an employer sponsored Pension Plan, which is vested immediately.
