Swedish Physician Division's Corporate office, located in Downtown Seattle, seeks an experienced Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This position is responsible for responding to a high volume of incoming calls from patients, clinics, and insurance companies regarding discrepancies, policies & procedures and payments. This position will also process patient & clinic correspondence & research billing questions.
Requires: minimum of 2+ yrs medical billing exp to provide high level of customer service for patient accounts; ability to work in a call center environment; strong computer skills; strong interpersonal communication skills; the ability to be very organized and detail oriented.
