ACU-Serve provides Durable Medical Equipment billing services to client providers nationwide.  We are currently in high growth mode and are looking to add top performers to our team.  We highly value and reward our employees as well as our customers.  If you have a medical billing background, are detail oriented and have a strong work ethic you will find multiple opportunities here at ACU-Serve.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned.

• To acquire a full understanding of ACU-Serve’s billing software and learn how to efficiently navigate in the system. 
• Call insurance companies to see how to resolve or inquire the status of an insurance claim to ensure timely payment. 
• Responsible for working from reports to inquire and resolve payment issues for aged claims
• The ability to learn what each denial code represents and be able to determine the next course of action.
• Working to achieve a monthly percentage goal while maintaining current workload.
