POSITION PURPOSE

To assist physicians and other staff members in the delivery of primary healthcare and patient care management. To consistently manage the clinic needs and budgets while working toward overall company goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Organized and proven leader in clinic operation management.

·         Strong understanding of clinic operations, staffing and planning.

·         Proven knowledge of coding, billing and insurance claim policies and procedures.

·         Must possess the ability to support the staff and facilitate success, as well as the ability to foster and nurture relationships among the staff, hospital and community.

·         Excellent follow-through and a visible management style are important.

·         This position will report to the CFO/COO of the organization.

·         Clinic level financial reporting including: P&L, provider and staff productivity reports.

·         Create reporting as necessary and implement changes per company goals and standards.

·         Work directly with company compliance officer to maintain OSHA and safety requirements throughout clinic locations.

·         Participate in staffing and employee relation processes throughout offices as needed.

·         Participate in operational processes and interviewing of physician recruitment.

·         Work directly with Human Resources to provide input and manage areas of conduct and performance throughout clinics and offices.

MINOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Train staff in areas necessary.

·         Involvement in clinic transitions, openings and moves.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·         BS degree in Health Care Administration or related field is preferred.

·         5 + years of clinic management and operation experience at a managerial level.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as, outstanding problem solving, organizational and leadership skills.

·         Proven strong project management skills and the ability to lead and motivate a large diverse staff and interdisciplinary teams.

·         Proficient computer skills MS Word and Excel.
