Summary Requirements:
Responsible to review and apply applicable ICD-9 (diagnosis), CPT-4 (procedure) codes, and modifiers as needed, in adherence to departmental policies for services provided by physicians and allied health providers that are submitted to the Hospital Based Reimbursement Department for claim submission and billing.
