Medical Collector             33-12103376

The Medical Collector, located in Westmont, will have strong collection experience, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, good judgment skills and will be capable of making good decisions without being micro-managed. 

Responsibilities

• 100 outbound collection calls daily, although there is no outbound quota
• Soft collection calls to insurance companies

• Research Account discrepancies
• Accounts Receivable research
• Investigative work involving past due invoices

Requirements

• Certification in Medical Billing or Coding is preferred
• 1 year experience in medical billing / collections
• Must have experience in a high volume environment
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with heavy work load
• Must have intermediate MS Office skills
