Consultation for Physicians and Institutions · Cover implant procedures as requested by field sales, coordinated through Regional Manager. · When requested, in-service surgeons, operating room staff, and other hospital personnel on product use. · Effectively develop working relationships; build strong rapport with physicians and hospital /office personnel. · Anticipate scheduling changes, product issues and sets up contingency plans. · Read and utilize pertinent literature, fully understand anatomy, procedural steps, troubleshooting, and stay up-to-date on all AMS paperwork. · Effectively communicate technical information to customers as appropriate.
Principal Working Relationships and other requirements · Maintain strong, cordial, and professional relationships with AMS employees and customer base to enhance business relationships. · Urologists, Gynecologists and OR staff -- observe cases, consult, and in-service on a routine basis, as requested by AMS. · Territory Manager – Confirm schedule, physician, hospital, and other details. Provide detailed updates on the day following cases. · Regional Manager – scheduling, coordinating and training. Submit timely expense and monthly per diem payment request reports. · Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, ethics and integrity. · Complete and comply with training, as outlined by AMS. · Demonstrated competence in all required AMS products and procedures.
