This position will require strong contacts and relationships in the hospitals surgical departments, with OR Director Level and with surgeons.

This is virtual office based so you must be a self starter with strong territory management skills.

2+ years minimum of successful medical/OR surgical sales experience, capital equipment sales is highly desirable. Other outside sales experience will be considered but once again such as B2B sales, but once again, a strong preference is for some capital equipment selling experience. This is a complex sell of high end systems and solutions, with many call points in the hospitals from the clinical department heads to C Level, and you must be highly computer literate. You will spend a lot of time in the OR, must be able to work side by side with the surgeons, educate, train and provide clinical guidance in the application and usage of these systems.

  Overnight travel is required but this is s mall territory and not much is involved

There will be a well balanced and extensive training program at the corporate office and filed based, you will be provided with all of the tools necessary to succeed.
