This individual will be fully responsible for sales functions in a pre-determined customer base. Develop and execute a territory business plan that is in alignment with the strategic priorities of the company. Performance will be measured in four key areas of responsibility: Sales, Territory Management, Personal Development, and Business Management.
Develop and execute a territory Business Plan that will guide sales activities toward the achievement of the territory sales plan.
Cultivate key account relationships. Develop and enhance these relationships through routine customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product inservices, procedural observation, and problem resolution.
Work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions and sales trends.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ yr of successful sales and/or sales management experience
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Results-oriented team player
• Excels in fast-paced, competitive environment
• Must be able to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined and goal oriented
