Summary of Duties & Responsibilities
- Tracking and routing department invoices and maintaining budget spreadsheet.
- Assist reps with the navigation and troubleshooting of all physician, education programs, sales representative databases related to all product divisions
- Routing physician contracts and maintaining spreadsheet and files.
- GSP Program management – assist with program management, shipping and receiving of equipment management, first line of tech support and troubleshooting, tracking and reporting, etc.
- Department Metrics – input and management of all Med Ed program metrics, reporting
- Daily support with the intake of grants request through our online portal.
- Update the MedEd Calendar of Events – grants tab - with all pending grant requests and exhibit opportunities
- Maintain and renew Corporate Subscriptions spreadsheet on shared drive.
- Program logistic management – work with travel re: program logistics, creation of welcome packet materials, thank you packet materials, etc.
- Assist with journal tracking and article searching/purchase projects
- Assist with assembly of meeting materials such as binders, welcome packets, thank you letters and expense reimbursement post meeting.
- Coordinate Mass Mailing for department as needed.
- Assist with the contract renewal process for Consultants and Speakers, letters and mailing of contracts to physicians.

- 1-2 yrs AA- preferably in medical/Phama Company
Education
- 2yr degree or 1-2 yrs equivalent experience
