We currently seek highly dynamic individuals to serve as medical laser technicians. The company will train all technicians on various equipment, including an overview of basic laser physics, laser safety, fiber-optic delivery systems and component/ operation of the laser.

This is a salaried position with guaranteed 40 hours per week (beginning salary $28,000 to $35,000 depending on experience), full benefits, including medical insurance, paid holidays and vacations, laptop computer, cell phone, and a 401K plan.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and maintain laser or other specified equipment during Operating Room procedures.
  
• Work in local hospitals in the Operating Room as a Laser Technician, ensuring that equipment is ready and functioning for each case.
  
• Hours vary and on-call hours are required on a rotating basis.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate effective communication skills,
  
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record to drive company trucks.  
  
• Must be able to push/pull +50 pounds of equipment.
  
• Ability to travel locally to client hospitals and work flexible hours with an on call schedule
  
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
• Applicant must pass drug test, have no felony convictions
  
• Some college education, prior military service and/or previous technical background
  
• Operating room experience a plus, EMT, CST preferred
