Job Description: Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in developing and implementing effective ways to promote Career Servies to students, alumni, and faculty. Will work with external vendors and internal clients. Will also assist all qualified students in their job seeking efforts by developing a portfolio for them and setting up career goal assessments. Other duties will be to maintain contact with local employers to obtain information on openings they have, to develop and enhance working relationships, and to facilitate student placement and locate and acquire new externship sites to match students goals. Must complete online application and attach a resume in a word format to be considered for review.

Job Experience: Requirements for this position are the ability to work in a high energy and fast paced environment where you will place large volumes of students in a short period of time with a sense of urgency.This role aids and places students in the types of positions they have recevied their degrees/certificates in. Must have 5+ years experience in professional recruiting, temp agency recruiting, or human resources. Must also have training and experience as a Medical Recruiter and a strong sales background. Must be very detail orientated and someone who can work on their own and deal with difficult people. Strong Microsoft office skills are a must, and a Associates degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is also required.
