Howard Medical Product Specialist Job Description

Howard Medical Professional Services, a division of Howard Industries, Inc., has an opening for a Howard Medical Product Specialist.  

This position entails the installation, configuration, service, troubleshooting, and repairs of our company's electronic and mechanical equipment at our customer's site.   Educate our customers on the functionality of our equipment. Maintain constant communication between co-workers, management and our customer service.

Qualifications must include 1-3 year(s) experience with computers, electronics with an emphasis on installation, troubleshooting, repair, support and maintenance of computers, electronic components, power supplies and wiring systems. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact directly with customers.  Applicant must be able to demonstrate strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills and posses the ability to remain composed under high-pressure situations.  This is a great opportunity for a proactive, self-starter who can prioritize efficiently and work well under minimum supervision.  Applicant will have a solid and unwavering belief in good ethics and honesty.  This position requires the acceptance of flexible and long hours with paid overtime as well as extensive travel.
