Sales Representative - Medical Device
About the Job
The Medical Device Sales Representative will report directly to the company Principal providing sales support.
The ideal candidate should possess the following baseline requirements:
1. Four [4] year college degree [outstanding performance in a competitive extra-curricular activity is a plus]
2. Possess a vehicle and a clear driving record with no current violations
3. Possess highly effective verbal & written communication skills
4. Have a minimum of one [1] year proven outside sales experience [B-2-B or medical sales a plus]
5. Ability to travel 20%-30%/monthly outside of the Greater Boise Area to reach key Idaho accounts
6. Ability to quickly learn and accurately execute administrative tasks
7. Ability to quickly learn and present technical product information to medical professionals [doctors/staff]
8. Ability to effectively time manage daily office and/or hospital-based sales support calls
9. Flexibility to attend surgical case coverage as assigned by the company Principal
10. Ability to attend out-of-state sales training meetings
11. Possess a strong desire for financial growth commensurate with exceeding monthly sales performance quotas
