Medical Sales Trainee/ Inside Sales

Adaptive Engineering Lab is an entrepreneurial rehabilitation products manufacturer that has been providing therapists, patients, and rehabilitation dealers with innovative products for over 30 years. We have an exciting opportunity for a self motivated, high energy, professional in our medical sales training program.

This person will be responsible for inside sales for the first year, transitioning into an outside sales role after a proven track record of sales growth.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Increase sales of product line and customer satisfaction in assigned territory through telephone (65-75% of day on telephone)


• Strive to meet and exceed annual sales plan.


• Develop relationships with rehabilitation dealers and caregivers


• Prospecting and qualifying potential sales leads.


• Maintain accurate record of customer files, prospecting reports and sales reports.


• Attend tradeshows and conferences in territory as assigned.


• Provide support to marketing and field staff.  


• Minimum 10% travel first year. Second year travel up to 30%.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with 1 year of business experience 


• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products


• A high energy positive attitude with the desire to “get the job done”
