Summary: Work for a financially solvent hospital that is growing and expanding. Responsible to develop, direct, implement, maintain, and evaluate the credentialing program with particular emphasis on supporting the medical staff leadership, department chairpersons, and section chiefs to appoint qualified applicants for medical staff membership or reappoint current members to the medical staff. Reporting to the CEO.

 

Requirements: 2 years experience as a Director of Medical Staff with preferred experience as a Medical Staff Coordinator, Credentialer, Supervisor or Manager in an acute care, for-profit facility. Associates degree or higher strongly preferred. CMSC or CPCS certification strongly preferred.

 

Benefits: Excellent relocation and comprehensive benefits package. Compensation range $58,000 – 73,000. Up to 10k for relocation.
