Roger Williams Medical Center, located in Providence, Rhode Island is seeking a qualified Medical Technologist.

Summary: To perform the major tests in at least two clinical laboratory sections, (Chemistry, Hematology, or Microbiology) pursuant to established and approved protocols requiring the exercise of independent judgment and responsibility, maintain equipment and records, perform quality assurance activities related to test performance, and supervise and teach within a clinical laboratory setting.

Education: In addition to the skills normally obtained through completion of a High School education a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Medical Technology, Biology or related science, or HEW equivalent.

Experience:   One year relevant clinical laboratory experience
