• Every 3rd weekend worked
• Holiday rotation
• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• MLT: $17.17 starting wage
• MT: $19.06 starting wage
• New grads OK
• Minimal relocation assistance will be offered
  
• Strongly prefer a MT over an MLT
