We are currently seeking a talented Member Relationship Specialist II for our Killeen, TX facility. As a Member Relationship Specialist II for USAA you will facilitate product acquisition and/or provides member service through various channels (e.g. face-to-face, phone, email, fax). Contributes to enterprise business goals through enterprise referrals and relationship building. Uses established procedures and job experience to carry out moderately complex work assignments. Works under general supervision. JOB DUTIES: - Acquires and applies intermediate knowledge of products, services, and processes. Acquires and applies intermediate product acquisition and/or member service techniques.
- Recognizes life events, understands member's needs and provides advice in order to deliver appropriate solutions to the member.
- Collaborates with team members to resolve issues and to identify appropriate issues for escalation.
- Specific product knowledge may include a combination of the following: Homeowners, broader billing, deposit products, credit card, auto loan, basic life, or proficiency in specific line of business (e.g. General Agency).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of related customer contact experience and/or relevant internal product proficiency.
- Acquisition and maintenance of applicable licenses.
PREFERRED: - 1-3 years of P&C personal lines product experience.
- Current P&C General Lines license.
- Military experience a plus
- Customer contact experience in a face-to-face environment.
- Available for a full time 40-hour work schedule, or a part time 20-30 hour work schedule, scheduled between the hours of M-F 8:30-6:30 and Saturday 9:00-2:00.
