Purpose:  To provide crisis stabilization services to adults experiencing acute mental health crisis in an inpatient evalutaion and treatment facility as part of a multidisciplinary team.  Intervientions will be chosen from an approved set of teratment services to include intake evaluation, individual therapy, group therapy and psycho eduation. 

Job Functions:

  Conduct diagnosis assessments

  Develop Individaul Service Plans that idently areas of clinical intervention and/or need which include a specific time treame for the completion of eahc identified goal.

  Provide therapeutic intervention to address identified treatment and recovery goals.
  
  
• 
  
  Routinely assess fro level of risk, and respond to emergent situations.
  
  
• 
  
  Coordinate care with relevant internal and external providers and informal supports.
  
  
• 
  
  Complete all documentation and charting as required by law or agency contract.

Minimum Qualifictions:

Master's degree in a human-services discipline required.  A mimimun of 2 years full-time experienced in direct treatment of persons with mental illness or severe emotional distrubances, conducting mental health assessments, providing individual counseling, case management and treatemnt planning services.  Meet the Washington State WAC requirements of a Mental Health Professional.  Must be a Washington State certified Chemical Dependency Professional.  Satisfactory finding on a criminal background search required.  Must maintain a current CPR/First Aid certification.
