We are currently looking for qualified M/6 (formally known as: MetaSolv TBS) Data Conversion & Networking consultants with M6 experience in: Configuration, API, or Testing.
Positions are located in Rochester, NY.
M/6 Hands-On Configuration SME, API and Environment Specialist
Development of Network Engineering and Network Template configuration items and management across all environments via the Configuration/Pristine instance
Application user definition, creation, and security permission assignment
User Data definition and configuration
Setup activities for Order Management, Work Management, Inventory Management, and Location/Geography
Employee/Work Queue Creation
Preference Settings
Architecture to include the required settings for the api's/m6 processes and background processors
Installation, Management, & Support (i.e. provide dba's, application server admins, unix admins)
Hardware Sizing, Hardware/Software Procurement
Development of operational manuals
Backup/Restore/Archive/Purge/Patch strategies
Application Management after go-live
Vendor Support Management (logging SR's, tracking them through their lifecycle, applying patches, and verifying fixes)
M/6 Testing Specialist, Performance Testing, UAT Testing
Engineering and Ordering System Testing
Identification of test cases
Development of test cases and required scripting/tools
Test Data Management
Execution of test cases
Defect Management
Testing Progress Reports
Identification of test cases from the list of System Test Cases
Assignment of UAT test cases to the FTR organizational structure
Support user execution of test cases
