: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing plans that reduce cost, improve performance and reduce risk in the company’s benefit programs and other corporate Human Resource initiatives while maintaining compliance. Responsible for compliance, analysis and administration of all employee retirement and deferred compensation programs including: Defined Benefit Pension Plans and 401(k) Plans. Overall responsibility for the design, implementation, and analysis of employee benefit programs to include medical, dental, life insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts, health and welfare programs and others. The successful candidate will also be responsible for oversight of Vought’s compensation program including job evaluation, administration of the performance appraisal and merit review programs, conduct position classification studies and prepare reports and perform job audits and analyses of individual positions, classes and series of classes.
