Description DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: WEBSITE OPERATIONS: Maintains competitive positioning for use-enco.com by acting as the business unit owner (including system operations and functionality, competitive site performance, and E-Comm customer service and system usage tracking). Identifies, prioritizes and drives operational changes and functionality enhancements to use-enco.com to increase customer satisfaction and increase usage. Develops and executes change implementation and rollout plans. Works with IS to allocate resources for continued Internet development. Develops and executes process and project plans for the major enhancements to be made to use-enco.com. Ensures the continuation of a software development environment at MSC with respect to project management and approach. Provides guidance and support to remote E-Commerce Customer Service Associates. Ensures E-Commerce customer service is properly enabled to continue to support e-commerce initiatives. Revisits and changes as appropriate, the e-commerce customer service vision and plan for MSC that is driven by the sales organization. Develops and executes the technology and training plans to support the e-commerce customer service vision/plan. Ensure proper, adequate and continuous training is conducted throughout the organization for e-commerce initiatives. Works with the training and sales areas in order to provide the necessary support and collateral such that the appropriate training can be administered. Performs all duties inherent in the role of MSC Manager as defined by the MSC Code of Conduct including hiring, termination, review, and development of associates. Fosters MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of vision and fulfillment of MSC’s mission. Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required. INTERNET MARKETING:Manage online marketing programs including, but not limited to: Organic Search Optimization (through internal site enhancements). Search-Engine Advertising. Pay-Per-Click Keyword Advertising. Paid Inclusion Data Feeds. Reciprocal Links with Trade / Industry sites. Test / Implement participation with Online Shopping Portals (shopping engines). Monitor competitive e-commerce and E-mail marketing landscape. E-MAIL MARKETING:Manage Enco Special-Offers E-mail marketing program, including: List Generation / Maintenance (customer and prospect lists). Merchandise / Ad Selection; Storyboard creation. Testing and Execution of monthly E-mail campaign. Reporting and Analysis. Consult with Enco Marketing to develop E-mail campaigns and test plans that coincide with offline marketing initiatives. Utilize E-mail and web surveys to gather customer feedback and demographic information. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or I.S. or the equivalent is required. Minimum of three years management/project management experience is preferred. Five years working in an E-Commerce environment is preferred. SKILLS: Thorough knowledge of Enco’s customer base and business operations is required. Computer literacy and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software is required. Excellent oral and written communications skills are also required. Strong problem solving skills and conflict resolution with an emphasis on customer service is required. Strong project management skills, with experience in managing technology and operational projects is required.
