Job description:

This position is responsible for leading and transforming an Operations and Maintenance team for a growing and critical data system. Position provides opportunity to excel in increasing the technical depth and breadth of current O&M team. Lead will report directly to the Program Manager and will have frequent direct contact with customer. Lead will clarify responsibilities of O&M team, work productively and positively with factory personnel located in Garland, TX, and schedule O&M team members to support system 24/7 and perform necessary system maintenance and upgrades. Lead will keep apprised of factory plans for an overall upgrade of the system and will work with a Transition Lead to facilitate transition of an upgraded system into a new site.











Required skills:







* B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics plus a minimum of 8 years experience.



* Solid leadership skills, including at least 3 years past leadership of a team of 5 or more individuals.



* Must have a TS SCI security clearance.



* Excellent communication skills, including ability to interface directly with customer.



* Motivation and ability to identify improvements in monitoring and troubleshooting systems.



* Ability to cultivate growth in team members.
