Mgr Inventory-Sams

Plans, implements, and directs replenishment process in multiple categories for event execution, order strategy, inventory flow, receipt planning, in-stock, and forecasting by identifying potential issues; establishing task priorities,; ensuring accountability for individual projects; developing, implementing, and evaluating, new procedures to improve efficiencies. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job related activities and assignments for Replenishment by developing and maintaining relationships, with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs. Develops, plans, and manages seasonal and holiday inventory flow by reviewing and implementing profile changes based on previous years sales, holiday flips, product quality, and product availability. Maintains financial accountability to meet company goals by guiding and collaborating with team and key stakeholders to deliver sales, profit, turns, in-stock and stock keeping units. Develops supplier relations by coordinating supplier development; providing training opportunities regarding the technical aspects of the supply chain management fundamentals, and supervising supplier-managed programs.
